Domain Name Purchase

This page is where I will have a form which pulls in the url and assigns a price to the forwarded domain.

Example, if someone visits unfriendsocialmeida.com they are automatically redirected to https://endurtech.com/domain-name-purchase/?domain=unfriendsocialmeida

This tells gravityforms which domain it is coming from so that it may assign the appropriate price.

Once a domain name is purchased, we will manage it for the first year at no additional cost. After the first year the domain is then transferred to the new owner. This must be initiated a month in advance of the domain name being renewed.

When you purchase a domain name your name, phone number and address will be visible to the world through a service called “whois”. This is required on all domain names. However, we will gladly provide you 1 year of free whois privacy at the current registrar — NameBright.com. Whois privacy costs $2.95 per year after the first year. The benefit of whois privacy is so that the privacy protection services’s, name, phone number and address show up in whois records. That way protecting your identity online while you still remain the owner of the domain name.

TERMS OF SERVICE

The following terms are delivered through Endurtech.com’s website and its systems, which are herein referred to as “Endurtech”.

Sale of Domain Names

All domain names listed on Endurtech.com are owned exclusively by Endurtech, its principals, and may be assumed “for sale.” When you purchase a domain name from endurtech.com and submit payment through any of Endurtech’ authorized payment providers you will be making payment for the domain name. This includes the exclusive right to use that domain name for as long as you keep the domain name registered and in good standing with your registrar. No images, hosting, logos, web content, or any other rights will be transferred with the domain.

Upon successful purchase and verification of such a purchase, the domain name will be transferred to you at the current registrar. You may keep the domain registered at its current registrar or, if permitted, you will be allowed to transfer the domain to another registrar of your choosing. It will be your sole responsibility to ensure your domain is properly registered and that your registration is in good standing with your registrar. You will be required to pay yearly renewal fees directly to the registrar you keep the domain name with. Registration fees vary by registrar and it will be your sole responsibility as the new owner of the domain to keep the registration current.

Return Policy

Endurtech offers a full refund on domain name sales in the event the buyer chooses to return the domain within 30-days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the buyer must have maintained the domain with registrar at which the customer received the domain at the time of purchase.
