Windows Copilot App Can’t Switch from Work to Personal
Received the following message when trying to use my Windows Copilot App the other day:
It looks like you’re signed in with your work account.
The copilot experience for work is now at …
To continue using Copilot in this app, switch to your personal account
Despite having signed out of my work account I was still not able to access the Copilot App. I even tried resetting the Copilot App followed by and Uninstall and Reinstall without success.

Signing out of your Work Account
The final solution was to clear the Cookies within my Microsoft Edge browser. Note, doing so will sign you out of all active and prior sessions.
First, close the Copilot App and open Microsoft Edge. With Microsoft Edge open press the following keys: CTRL + SHIFT + DEL
For “Time range” set it to “All time” and make sure Cookies and other site data is checked then press the “Clear now” button.
Granted, the above is my preferred lazy way of solving the Copilot issue. You could search for “Copilot” in the list of saved cookies, and then delete them all.
In any case, after clearing the saved Cookies I was able to open my Copilot App and sign in using my Personal Microsoft Account.
