How to Fix Alexa Echo Error 6:1:103:10:3
Recently encountered the following error code 6:1:103:10:3 while attempting to setup Amazon’s Alexa Echo for a client. This error code means that the Wireless network password previously entered during the initial configuration of Alexa Echo was incorrect.
Worse yet, it remembers this password regardless of the fact that you go through the entire process again. Don’t stress, this article will help you quickly solve this issue.
Fix the Alexa Wireless Connection #
To fix the Wireless connection issue, attempt the setup process again. This time, when the 6:1:103:10:3 error message appears simply press the “Forget this network” link which will allow you to re-enter and submit the correct Wireless network password.
If the newly provided password is correct, it should then be able to connect to the Wireless network and complete the Alexa Echo setup process without issue.
